Mi aerodeslizador está lleno de anguilas ...

Some more "life gems" I have learnt in this delicious city in Espanole....

In Spain it is very rare to find "take away" coffee, the beautiful Spanish people believe you should sit savour and enjoy, which is a beautiful philosophy (if only I could find a good coffee)

That warm mini croissants filled with Nutella are squishily AWESOME!

If you come home with an open bottle of vino poking out of your hand bag and the cork falls out as you get inside, do NOT bend over to pick it up, it is very very messy....(applies the World over)
Headless (not legless) in Valencia
Small Spanish men in questionable hats that show you a ring on each hand (including their wedding finger) and say they just want to dance, are not to be trusted...You realise this when they  then come back a little later and offer your companions the equivalent of two camels (one cooked) and a scooter and possibly a nice piece of carry on luggage if they will leave you behind...
On Sundays the bells ring and ring and MANY old people get out for a wander...they are very slow and would do a basketball team proud with their "unexpected" ducks and weaves...

It's quite astonishing how many outfits you can actually get from a "capsule" wardrobe...

A scarf makes everything look just a little more swanky.
another good looking rooster from Valencia, check out those pigeons...

That when you have homework they could throw Javier Bardam AND Antonio Banderos  on the  pony skin rug in the sitting room and you would just have to say not now boys I'm busy...

That you never know where a car may come from....

Taking the time to transcribe  "My hovercraft is full of eels"... from Spanish to English can have some very unexpected benefits.... :0)

Sailing on Sunday Darlings!!! (Could finally be time to break out the sequin caftan that has been waiting for it's moment in the sun!)

Thanks for sharing xx
